Samsung NC215 solar netbook available in South Korea

Samsung has unveiled the NC215 solar netbook in the South Korean market. The NC215 netbook comes with a solar panel on the lid which charge the netbook for two hours of sunlight and get one hour of use.

The Samsung NC215S netbook is powered by a 1.66GHz Intel Atom N570 dual core processor, a 10.1-inch display with a resolution of 1024 x 600 pixels, 1GB of RAM, a 250GB 5400RPM hard disk drive, and up to 14-hour of battery life.

The Samsung NC215 solar netbook available on 23 August 2011 and price of 599,000 won (about $533).
