MSI has announced a new couple of ultra-thin laptops, namely the X460 and X460DX. Both laptops are based on Intel’s Huron River mobile platform.
The MSI X460 and X460DX laptops are powered by a 2.0 GHz Core i5-2410M or 2.3 GHz Core i7-2630QM processor, DDR3 memory, and up to a 750GB hard drive. The X460 laptop sports an Intel HD 3000 integrated graphics, while the X460DX has a Nvidia GeForce GT 540M card with 1GB of dedicated memory.
Both MSI laptops are equipped with a 14-inch LED backlight display with 1366 x 768 resolution, a DVD writer, a 1.3 megapixel webcam, Gigabit Ethernet, 802.11 b/g/n WiFi, Bluetooth 3.0, a 4-in-1 card reader, two USB 3.0 ports, D-Sub and HDMI outputs, and THX TruStudio Pro audio. Its battery is a 6-cell and enabling up to 8 hours of runtime.
