Asus has announced its latest business laptops that based around Intel’s Huron River platform, called the 13.3-inch P31S and 14-inch P41S. These laptops are designed to withstand tougher environments, and feature a spill-resistant keyboards, a slim profile, metal casings, and highly-durable hinges.
The P31S laptop has a 1GB GeForce GT 520M discrete graphics and weight 1.78kg, while the P41S laptop include a 1GB GeForce GT 540M graphics, optical drive, and 2kg of weights.
The Asus P31S and P41S laptops are boast an Intel 2nd Generation Core i3-2310M, i5-2410M/2520M or i7-2620M processor. They also pack up to 750GB hard drive, Gigabit Ethernet, 802.11 b/g/n WiFi, Bluetooth 2.1 (optional), a 3-in-1 card reader, a 0.3 megapixel webcam, and Altec Lansing speakers. Battery options include 6-cell 4400mAh 47Whrs or 8-cell 5600mAh 83Whrs.
The Asus P31S and P41S laptops run Windows 7 operating system and comes with the LoJack software which helps recover when it’s stolen or lost.
