LG X-Note X170 Netbook with “SmartPOP” features

LG has introduced the new Xnote series netbook in South Korea, namely the LG Xnote X170. It is based on Intel Pine Trail platform and the SmartPOP feature, which lets it easily connect to smartphones and perform data transfers, or text/call management.

LG X-Note X170 is powered by a 1.5GHz Intel Atom N550 dual-core or a 1.66GHz N455 single-core processor, a 10.1-inch LED-backlit display with resolution of 1,024 x 600 pixels or 1,366 x 768 pixels, 1GB of RAM, 250GB of HDD, an Intel Graphics Media Accelerator 3150.

The netbook also includes Wi-Fi, webcam, a 6-cell Li-Ion battery, 1.31 kg weight, optional 3G modem, Windows 7 Starter OS, and with color options including white, pink, blue, and black.

The LG X-Note X170 will be sold in Korea around 630,000 ($566) and 670,000 Won ($602).
