<p>Panasonic today launched its new <strong>Toughbook CF-31</strong>, which has become the fully rugged device of choice for utilities, emergency services and military personnel. Designed to access applications and data in the most extreme mobile computing environments.</p>
<p>Panasonic Toughbook CF-31 is powered by an Intel Core i3/i5 dual core CPU with clock speeds ranging from 2.26GB to 2.53GHz. The Toughbook CF-31 features a 13.1-inch  LED-backlit touchscreen display with 1024×768 pixels resolution, up to 8GB of RAM and 160GB/250GB hard drive, an integrated or discrete (ATI Radeon HD 5650) graphics.<br />

It is equipped with four USB ports, a HDMI port, LAN, optional webcam, 802.11 a/b/g/n WiFi, Bluetooth 2.1, and optional 3G/WiMAX module, fingerprint reader, and GPS. Weight of this notebook is range from 3.58kg to 3.72kg depending on configuration. It is pre-loaded with Windows 7 (Windows XP downgrade option is available).</p>
