Toshiba is getting ready to launch the Mini NB250 netbook that will come with the DDR3-enabled N455 Atom processor in a glossy black finish and textured pattern design. This netbook has 1GB of DDR3 RAM, 10.1-inch (1024 x 600) display, up to 250GB hard disk, Intel GMA HD graphics, 3-cell battery good for 4.5 hours or a 6-cell battery for 8 hours of runtime.
