The Acer Aspire Timeline 1820PT lit up our radar today after going official in Italy and arriving unheralded on the company’s Australian site.

Acer Aspire Timeline 1820PT specs are as 11.6” 1366 x 768 (or 1024 x 600) display, Intel Core 2 Duo SU7300 (1.2GHz) processor, GMA X4500MHD, 4GB RAM (8 max), 250-320GB HDD, 3G, 802.11b/g Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 2.1+EDR.

Ports: 3x USB, VGA, HDMI, audio in/out, card reader. Weighs 1.72kg / 3.79 lbs. I comes with Windows 7 Home Premium. 8 hour battery life. Display and touchpad are both multi-touch, and boasts an eight hour battery life. Sounds like the company’s 1820P, eh? We thought so too.
