HP shows off a Classmate PC netbook for students at Computex 2010 in Taipei. The netbook features a 10-inch display and an Intel Atom processor. It is equipped with a grey-colored chiclet keyboard, mic and headphone jacks, a flash card reader, Ethernet jack, VGA port, and 2 USB ports and running SuSE Linux 11 OS.

Lenovo has produced a ThinkPad Mini 10 netbook to schools in New South Wales Australia, which has not been sent sales in other markets. Lenovo ThinkPad Mini 10 is powered by 1.6GHz Intel Atom N450 processor, 10-inch display with resolution of 1024 x 600 pixels, and up to 3-4 hours with 6-cell battery.
