MSI has unveiled its new generation CX480 multimedia laptop. The CX480 has a brush metal finish that exudes a metallic luster, a touch pad with crystal diamond finish, embedded speakers with layered design, and color film print technology gives it character and natural refinement that make it stand out from the crowd.

The MSI CX480 laptop is powered by your choice of Intel’s second generation Core i5-2410 (2.30GHz) or Core i3-2310 (2.10GHz) processor. It comes equipped with a 14-inch LED-backlit display with a resolution of 1366 x 768 pixel, DDR3 memory (1333MHz), up to 640GB HDD, and a GeForce GT 520M graphics card with 1GB of video memory.

Other specifications include a DVD burner, a 1.3 megapixel webcam, a multi-in-1 card reader, Gigabit Ethernet, 802.11 b/g/n WiFi, a HDMI output, optional Bluetooth 3.0, and a 6-cell 4400mAh Li-Ion battery providing up to 8.5 hours of run time. It runs Windows 7 Home Premium OS.

The MSI CX480 available in various color options – black, white, and summery blue. Pricing and availability are still unknown at the moment.
