The MeeGo-powered netbook from Asus is already available for purchased in the US, called the Eee PC X101-EU17-BK. This netbook is boasts a 1.33GHz Intel Atom N435 single-core processor, 1GB of RAM, a 8GB solid state drive, and Intel UMA graphics.

The new Eee PC X101-EU17-BK netbook packs a 10.1-inch display with a resolution of 1024 x 600 pixel, a 0.3 megapixel webcam, 802.11 b/g/n WiFi, a microSD card slot, and a 3-cell 2600mAh battery.

Samsung has just launched the new MeeGo netbook, the N100 in India. This netbook is can configure with the Windows 7 operating system or with FreeDOS.

The Samsung N100 netbook is powered by a a 1.33GHz Intel Atom N435 dual-core processor, 1GB of memory, and a 250GB hard drive. The N100 also packs a 10.1-inch matte display with resolution of 1024 x 600 pixels, a multi-format card reader, a VGA output, two USB ports, and a 3-cell battery.

Price of Asus Eee PC 1025 netbooks will start at $249.

The Asus UX Series thin and light laptops are arrive in two models, the 11.6-inch UX21 and the 13-inch UX31. Both models will weigh 2.4 pounds and measure less than two thirds of an inch thick. The Asus UX21 and UX31 laptops are boast up to Intel’s latest-generation low-voltage Sandy Bridge processors, and a 64GB or 128GB SATA 6Gbps solid state drives. The 11.6-inch Asus UX21 laptop will sell for under $1000.
