Evolio has just unveiled its new Cedar Trail-based netbook in Romanian, the Evolio U9. This netbook has an 18mm thick, measures 0.7 inches thick and weighs just 2.16 pounds.

New Evolio U9 netbook features a 11.6-inch display with a resolution of 1366 x 768 pixels, a 1.6GHz Intel Atom N2600 dual-core processor, 2GB of RAM, and a 64GB or 128GB solid state drive. Evolio U9 netbook packs a 1.3MP webcam, 802.11 b/g/n WiFi, Bluetooth, HDMI output, and up to 5 hours of battery life.

The Evolio U9 netbook will be available in December, no word on pricing.

MSI has introduced the Wind U160MX netbook, that the Wind U160MX netbook is less than one inch thin and tips the scales at just one kilogram including the battery. It has a MSI’s exclusive TDE technology, ECO Engine power-saving technology, Easy Face biometric software, Easy Viewer photo manager, and the S-Bar tool bar.

The MSI Wind U160MX is powered by a 1.66GHz Intel Atom N455 processor, a 10.1-inch display with resolution of 1024 x 600 pixels, up to 2GB of DDR3 memory, and a 250GB/320GB hard drive.

The connectivity and Input/Output options of the MSI Wind U160MX include a 2-in-1 card reader, Wi-Fi 802.11b/g/n, Bluetooth 2.1 + EDR, a 0.3M webcam, D-Sub, Gigabit Ethernet LAN, and three USB 2.0 ports. The MSI Wind U160MX is powerful and its battery runs up to 8.5 hours on just one charge.
