<p>Lenovo has announced the world’s lightest 14-inch ultrabook  (less than 1.36 Kg.) and just 18mm thickness, called the <strong>ThinkPad X1 Carbon</strong>. The ThinkPad X1 Carbon comes with the Intel’s 3rd generation ‘Ivy Bridge’ Core processor and made out of a premium carbon fiber chassis.<br />

The new Lenovo ThinkPad X1 UltraBook has feature a 14-inch display with 1600 x 900 resolution and 300 nits of brightness, a SD card reade, a Mini DisplayPort, a 3.5mm audio jack, two USB 3.0 and USB 2.0 ports, and up to 12 hours of battery life.</p>
<p>The Lenovo ThinkPad X1  Carbon will be on sale before the end of this summer, unannounced price yet.</p>

The Lenovo ThinkPad X1 laptop is boasts a 2.5GHz Core i5-2520M processor, a 13.3-inch (1366 × 768) Gorilla Glass screen, Intel HD integrated graphics, 8GB of RAM and a 160GB solid state drive with pre-loaded with Windows 7 Professional 64-bit OS.<br />

New Lenovo ThinkPad X1 is equipped with a HD webcam, Ethernet LAN, Bluetooth 3.0, 802.11 a/b/g Wi-Fi, BlueTooth 3.0, an 4-in-1 card reader, and a 6-cell battery. Dimensions of Lenovo ThinkPad X1 are 231 x 337 x 16.5 to 21.5 mm and weight 1.36 &#8211; 1.72 kg.</p>
<p>Lenovo ThinkPad X1 laptop is available now at Swiss e-tailer Tell IT systems for priced at 2,585 CHF ($2,920).</p>
