Lenovo announced today the ThinkPad X220 convertible Tablet PC. The ThinkPad X220 Tablet feature a multitouch IPS display with resolution of 1366 x 768 pixel, although Gorilla Glass and Infinity Glass options, a choice of Intel Core i3, Core i5 and Core i7 processors, Intel HD graphics, up to 8GB of memory, and up to 320GB HDD or up to 160GB SSD.

The ThinkPad X220 equipped with a 720p HD webcam, a 54mm ExpressCard slot, SD card reader, Wi-Fi, a DisplayPort output, USB 3.0 port, optional mobile broadband support, WiMAX, 3G options, a 6-cell battery, and Windows 7 OS pre-loaded.

The ThinkPad X220 Tablet will be available starting in April and start at approximately $1,199.
