HP has announced the new ProBook series models, small and medium business laptops with new technology aimed at boosting performance and productivity. The ProBook b-series includes the ProBook 6360b (13.3-inch), ProBook 6460b (14-inch) and ProBook 6560b (15.6-inch), while the ProBook s-series includes the ProBook 4230s (12.1-inch), ProBook 4330s (13.3-inch), ProBook 4430s (14-inch), ProBook 4530s (15.6-inch) and ProBook 4730s (17.3-inch).

HP ProBook 6360b, 6460b and 6560b laptops offer configuration flexibility in areas such as processor, graphics and battery technology, the ProBook b-series also features a new smudge-resistant and wear-resistant tungsten-colored design.

HP ProBook s-series 4230s, 4330s, 4430s, 4530s and 4730s laptops are designed with small business needs in mind, balances business functionality with style and affordability.

The ProBook b-series and s-series laptops can be equipped with a second-generation Intel Core i7, i5 and i3 dual-core processors or an Intel Celeron processor, up to 8/16GB of RAM, a hard drive or solid state drive, a DVD or Blu-ray drive, integrated or dedicated graphics, an Express Card/34 slot, a standard Media Card Reader, integrated HD webcam, SRS Premium Sound, and a 6- to 9-cell battery.

The HP ProBook b-series and s-series starts at $799, $579, respectively, and is expected to be available in the United States on March 15.
