AVADirect has started selling new Sandy Bridge-powered gaming laptop, the Clevo P170HM (NBK-CLV-P170HM). The new gaming laptop is comes with the 2nd Generation Intel Core i7 mobile platform, and three graphics options –  nVidia GeForce GTX 460M, GTX 470M, and GTX 485M.

The Clevo P170HM is offers up to 16GB of DDR3 RAM, up to 1.5TB of storage (up to two HDDs or SSDs), a 17.3-inch Full HD (1920×1080) LED backlit display with a glossy finishing, Blu-ray reader or Super Multi DVD burner, a 2.0MP webcam, Gigabit Ethernet, 802.11n WiFi, Bluetooth, a 9-in-1 card reader, HDMI output, an eSATA port and an optional TV tuner.

The Clevo P170HM (NBK-CLV-P170HM) laptop is starts at $1618.11 at the Avadirect.com.

Eurocom has announced the P150HM Racer and P170HM Neptune gaming laptop, which based on Intel Sandy Bridge platform, DirectX 11 graphics card. The Eurocom P150HM Racer have 15.6-inch display, up to 1.75TB of storage using dual HDDs and Intel Huron River HM65 chipset, while the Eurocom P170HM Neptune packs a 17.3-inch display, up to 2.5TB of storage using three HDDs and Intel Huron River HM67 chipset.

All two feature up to Intel Core i7-2920XM CPU, Full HD 1920 x 1080 display, up to 32GB of RAM, supports both NVIDIA and AMD/ATi GPUs, a GeForce GTX 460M, 470M, 480M, 485M, a Quadro FX 2800M, 3800M, 5000M or Radeon HD 6970M, DVD or Blu-ray drive, a 9-in-1 card reader, Gigabit Ethernet, 802.11 b/g/n WiFi, Bluetooth, optional 3.75G, two USB 3.0 ports, two USB 2.0 ports, one eSATA port, DVI and HDMI outputs, and an 8-cell battery.

Eurocom has announced an update for its laptops and Mobile Workstations with the GeForce GTX 470M and GTX 460M graphics cards.

The GeForce GTX 460M uses 192 CUDA Cores at 1350MHz and a GPU clock speed of 675 MHz, while the GeForce GTX 470M has a 288 CUDA Cores at 1100 MHz, and a GPU clock speed of 535 MHz.

Both graphics cards feature 1.5GB of GDDR5 memory, 1250MHz memory clock, 192-bit memory bandwidth, and support DirectX 11.

Eurocom will be supporting the GeForce GTX 460M and GeForce GTX 470M in single and 2-way SLI configurations on the 17.3-inch Panther 2.0 Mobile Workstation, 18.4-inch X8100 Leopard Mobile Workstation, 17.3-inch W800CU Cheetah 2.0, 15.6-inch W860CU Cougar and 17-inch D900F Panther.
