Amazon has started offering the Asus Eee PC 1015PEM-PU17 netbook, which includes the latest Intel Atom N550 dual-core processor.
The Asus Eee PC 1015PEM-PU17 is powered by a 1.5GHz Atom N550, Intel GMA 3150 graphics, a 10.1-inch LED-backlight matte display with a resolution of 1024×600 pixels, 1GB of DDR3 RAM, a 250GB hard drive, a battery that lasts “up to 13 hours”, and Windows 7 Starter OS.
ASUS has announced the new netbook based on the dual-core Intel Atom N550 1.5GHz mobile processor, called the ASUS Eee PC 1015PEM.
The ASUS Eee PC 1015PEM is packs a 10.1-inch display with resolution of 1024 x 600 pixels, up to 2GB DDR3 memory, 250GB hard drive, Intel GMA 3150 graphics chipset and 720p support, WiFi, Bluetooth, and webcam.
The ASUS Eee PC 1015PEM comes in four colors: red, black, white and pink. It should be available somewhere in Europe any day for $441.
