ASUS has introduced the Eee PC 1015PD netbook which is based on the Pine Trail platform. The Asus Eee PC 1015PD feature the Atom N455 (1.66 GHz) and N475 (1.83 GHz) processors, 1GB of DDR3 memory, up to 320GB of hard disk space, a 10.1-inch (1024 x 600) LED-backlit screen, and GMA 3150 graphics.

The netbook also include a 0.3 megapixel webcam, 802.11b/g/n WiFi, Bluetooth 3.0, three USB ports (all three USB 2.0 or two USB 3.0 and one 2.0), LAN, VGA output, and a 3- or 6-cell battery for up to 13 hours of operation. Coming in black, white and blue, and runs Windows 7 Starter Edition and Express Gate instant-on OS.
