<p>Dell has announced new <strong>XPS 17 </strong>and <strong>Alienware M17</strong> laptops with the 2nd Generation Intel Core “Sandy Bridge” processors.</p>
<p>The Dell XPS 17 features an Intel Core i3/i5/i7 CPU (the i7 builds will include WiDi support), a WLED display &#8211; up to 1080p (3D panel is optional), a chiclet keyboard, an Nvidia GeForce 500M series graphics card, JBL speakers, and a Skype HD-ready webcam.<br />

The Dell Alienware M17x rev 3 comes with an Intel Core i5 or i7 processor, a WLED-backlit 120Hz display has a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels, Wireless HD, and an Nvidia GeForce GTX 460M 1.5GB or AMD Radeon HD 6970M 1/2GB graphics card.</p>
<p>The Dell XPS 17 is expected to debut on February 1st and starts at $1,449, while  the M17x rev 3 which is set to become available on January 10 and starting price of $1,499.</p>
