Asus has recently new Ultrabook with Windows 8 OS, the VivoBook S500. The newcomer has a 15.6-inch LCD with a native resolution of 1366 x 768 pixels (HD).

The Asus VivoBook S500 boasts an either of 1.8GHz Core i3-3217U, 1.7GHz Intel Core i5-3317U dual-core or 1.9GHz Core i7-3517U CPU. It’s packs an Intel integrated graphics or an NVIDIA GeForce GT 635M discrete graphics adapter, up to 6GB of RAM, a hybrid storage (500GB HDD and 24GB SSD).

The ASUS VivoBook S500 Ultrabook has a starting price of $699.
