Asus has released three new B53 series laptops in Europe. They are including the Asus B53F-SO042X, Asus B53F-SO043X, and Asus B53J-SO042X. This laptop is based on Intel’s Calpella platform, Sonata 8-cell batteries, an aluminum chassis, a spill-resistant keyboard.

The Asus B53F-SO042X and B53F-SO043X laptops are boasts a 2.4GHz Intel Core i3-370M processor, 2GB of memory, an Intel GMA HD graphics, a 320GB hard drive, and 3G connectivity (B53F-SO043X).

The high-end Asus B53J-SO042X is powered by a 2.4GHz Intel Core i5-450M processor, 4GB of RAM, a 320GB hard drive, and a 512MB Mobility Radeon HD 5470 graphics.

All three come with a 15.6-inch LED-backlit display with resolution of 1366 x 768 pixel, an 8x DVD burner, 802.11 b/g/n WiFi, Bluetooth 2.1, multi-card reader, Gigabit Ethernet, an Express Card slot, and pre-loaded with Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit operating system.

The Asus B53F-SO042X, B53F-SO043X and B53J-SO042X are priced at €849, €909 and €1,049, respectively.
