HP is offers a new AMD Fusion-powered laptop for only $349.99, called the HP 2000z. This HP 2000z laptop is powered by a 1.0GHz AMD Dual-Core C-50 APU, 2GB of RAM, a 320GB hard drive, and an AMD Radeon HD 6250M discrete graphics.

The HP 2000z also packs a 15.6-inch widescreen LED display with a resolution of 1366 x 768 pixels, a DVD burner, integrated microphone, Ethernet, 802.11b/g/n WiFi, Altec Lansing speakers, three USB 2.0 ports, VGA, and a 6-cell battery. It runs Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit operating system.

Asus has showcased the new Eee PC netbook at Computex 2011, called the Eee PC 1015BX. This netbook with a new design in three color versions – black, white and red, that is based on AMD Fusion platform.

Acer has released the new netbook with AMD Fusion APU, called the Aspire One 722. The Acer Aspire One 722 is pack a 1GHz C-50 chip with Radeon HD 6250 integrated graphics, 1GB of RAM, and 250GB hard drive.

Other notable specifications includes a 2GB DDR3 memory, a 500GB hard drive, high-brightness LED-backlit TFT LCD with glare panel display screen with resolution of 1366 x 768 pixels, DVD burner, web camera, card reader,  Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 2.1 + EDR, and up to 4.5 hours of battery life.

Toshiba today unveiled the new AMD Fusion laptops at CES 2011, called Satellite C655D. The Toshiba Satellite C655D 15.6-inch laptop is boasts the AMD’s E240 APU with one 1.5 GHz Bobcat x86 core and DirectX 11 Radeon HD 6310 integrated graphics.

The 5.5-pound machine will support up to 4GB of RAM, a 320GB hard drive, a DVD writer, WiFi, a built-in webcam, and a 6-cell battery with a 6-hour of battery life.

The Toshiba Satellite C655D will start at $399.

Lenovo has announced its latest entry ultraportable, the ThinkPad X120e laptop for business users who need to balance portability and usability. The 11.6-inch laptop feature an AMD Fusion E-Series Accelerated Processing Unit (APU) technology.

Acer has introduced a new netbook with the AMD’s Fusion Brazos platform, namely Acer Aspire One 522. The new Acer Aspire One 522 powered by an AMD C-50 “Ontario” APU, with two cores, clocked at 1GHz each, and a total TDP of 9W. This includes Radeon 6250 graphics, with support DX11 as well as UVD3 for accelerated video decoding.
