The new Dell Alienware M18X R2 gaming laptop will get the last Intel’s Ivy Bridge platform, either of two graphics, and should be available in black and red colors.

The Alienware M18X R2 is powered by your choice of a 2.3GHz Core i7-3610QM, a 2.6GHz i7-3720QM and a 2.7GHz i7-3820QM processors, with up  to 8GB of RAM, and AMD (Radeon HD 7970M in CrossFire) or NVIDIA (GeForce GTX 660M or GTX 675M in SLI) graphics.

Other hardware includes a 18.4-inch LED-backlit display with Full HD 1920 x 1080 native resolution, up to 750GB hard drive (7200rpm) or up to 512GB solid state drives, an optical drive, Wi-Fi, and a 240 W or 330 W AC adapter.

Asus has released the new High-end laptops with discrete GPUs, called the K-Series. The Asus K-Series laptops has a 18.6-inch  LED backligh screen with a native resolution of 1,920 x 1,080 pixels, an Intel Core i5-2450M and the Core i7-2670QM processors, NVIDIA GeForce GTX 630M GPU, up to 8 GB of RAM, and SSDs or hybrid drives.

Other specifications include a DVD or Blu-ray writer, Gigabit Ethernet, 802.11 b/g/n WiFi, an USB 3.0 port, a 3-in-1 card reader, a chiclet keyboard and the IceCool technology. It is pre-installed with Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit operating system.

Asus has just released a new multimedia laptop in Europe, the Asus X93SV. Dell Alienware M18x gaming laptop is available at Dell‘s Canadian official website, it is starting price of $2,100 and will be available early next month.

The Alienware M18x is equipped with a 18.4-inch 1920 x 1080 Full HD display, an Intel Core i7-2630QM or i7-2820QM processor, up to 8GB of DDR3 RAM, up to 750 GB of HDD storage, a choice of AMD CrossFireX or NVIDIA SLI graphics, Wi-Fi 802.11b/g/n, HD 5.1 Surround sound system, and 3D-capable HDMI 1.4 port.

Toshiba will be released the 3D entertainment laptops, include the Satellite P770 and Satellite P775 3D. Both laptops include massive 18.4-inch Toshiba TruBrite HD+ displays with refresh rate of 120Hz, and utilized NVIDIA active-shutter glasses.
